The Manomet Youth Center officially re-opens on Tuesday November 10th!  


Hours for the Youth Center are:
Tuesday-Friday: 3:00p-6:00p

The Manomet Youth Center will be closed: All Mondays (we will re-evaluate opening Mondays if the children go back to school full time) and 11/11, 11/25-11/27, 12/24-1/1, 1/18, 2/15, 4/19, 5/31

The MYC will open at 7:00a on the following dates for a fee of $10 for members or $20 for non-members: 2/16, 2/17, 2/18, 2/19, 4/20, 4/21, 4/22, 4/23. Members can attend the MYC after 3:00p on the above dates at no additional cost, or for non-members the $5 drop-in fee would apply.  Please make sure to pack a lunch for your child during these dates.


The membership fee will be $100 for anyone that registers before December 1st, 2020 or $130 starting on Tuesday December 2nd for the school year. $100 due at the time of registration and $30 by January 4th, 2021. (If you cannot make the $130 payment in full when registering). Please call the office to if you want to use the 2 payments options.  

PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CHILD'S SCHOOL FOR BUS INFORMATION. THE YOUTH CENTER IS NOT IN CHARGE OF TRANSPORTATION.
 
**The Youth Center's After School program will be cancelled if Plymouth Schools cancel school.**
 

COVID-19 INFO:

-Masks are mandatory for any one attending the youth center program. All staff will wear masks. 

-If the child gets sick or arrives sick to the youth center, they will be placed in the office area and a parent will be notified immediately to come pick up their child.  The child will remain in the office until their parent comes to pick them up.  We will observe the same policy of the school and will require a negative COVID-19 test for them to return, or they won’t be able to return for 14 days if they do not want to get a negative test.


-Children will be placed into groups as they arrive at the youth center if there are 20 or more children there for the day, and groups will rotate through the various parts of the building together every 25-30 minutes.  Children will not have the option to switch groups or activities once they are placed into the group.  All belongings will stay with the children as they move through their activities. (similar to our half day playground programs).

-For parent pick up: Parents will pick up their children at the upper ramp door in the back of the building.  Please call the youth center (508) 830-4230 once you get into the parking lot. Please wait for the staff person to open the door with your child before making your way up the ramp.  We ask that only one parent be on the ramp at a time picking up their child, all other parents should wait at the bottom of the ramp until their child/children are brought out.  Please make sure you have your ID out and ready for the staff person to check.


-The Concession Stand will remained closed until further notice. Please make sure to send your child with a snack for after school.


-Rooms and equipment will be sanitized as the children leave their activities and switch to their new one, so all groups will arrive to a sanitized area.

-Spots will be placed on the ground for socially distant check in when they arrive to the youth center.

-Activities will be as socially distanced as possible, with most activities allowing for children to spaced 6ft apart.  

-We will have hand sanitizer available in all rooms of the building for children to use at any time.
