Manomet Youth Center Basketball Leagues

A fun instructional/competitive league for children. This league is based on learning the game, improving your skills, learning the right way to be competitive and most importantly having fun! Includes T-Shirt and Playoffs.
All players in the league must attend the evaluation night to be eligible for the coaches draft. All teams in all divisions will be drafted by the coaches in the league.  Team placement requests will not be accepted

Practices start the week of January 3rd.
Season includes 3 practices and 8 games, one practice per week for 3 weeks then one game per week per team.


All games will be played at the Manomet Youth Center. 4 vs 4 for Grades 1-5 (8 team members per team max), 3 vs 3 for Grades 6-12 (6 members per team max)

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday December 4th. PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE TO SEE IF THERE IS SPACE STILL AVAILABLE AFTER THE DEADLINE.

Mites Division / Grades 1 & 2 
Games/Practices will be on Sunday mornings at 9:00a, 10:00a or 11:00a

Junior Division / Grades 3-5 / Tuesday and Thursday / 6:15p or 7:30p

Senior Division / Grades 6-8 / Monday & Wednesday / 6:15p or 7:30p

High School Division / Grades 9-12 / Friday / 6:45p, 7:45p or 8:45p *Coaches in the High School Division will not coach the players, but will be responsible for keeping players focused on the game, and controlled on the bench.*

COVID-19 Program Information:

*No spectators are permitted in the gym area. We are working with our IT Dept. to provide a live streaming link for parents to watch the games.
*Spectators must remain in the office area (must wear masks and remain socially distant) during the program should they choose to stay inside, or they may stay in their vehicles.

*One head coach and one assistant coach allowed per team. *High School only had 1 adult coach per team*
*Masks required for all players, coaches and staff at all times.
*Participants are not permitted to enter the facility until 15 minutes before the start of their warm ups.  Doors will be locked, to allow for proper cleaning and sanitization.
*All participants must have a MYC Basketball League COVID-19 Waiver on file before they can participate in the league.  Please see the link before for the waiver.

Registration & Refund Information
  • Registration: Student is only considered registered (and spot reserved) in a program once payment is received. Online registration & payment is the quickest and easiest way to secure a spot in a program. Registration is also accepted in our office and by mail on a first-come first-served basis. SPOTS ARE NOT HELD FOR PROGRAMS UNLESS PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
  • Refunds: There will be a $10 processing fee for all refunds/credits and all requests must be made at least 5 business days prior to the start of the program. (There are no refunds for activities that require a uniform or jersey after it is ordered).
  • Age Requirement: Participants must be the minimum age for the program by the first scheduled day of the program. (Effective Fall 2018)
  • Proof of Age: A document showing date of birth (birth certificate, passport, physical form or other official document) must be provided for each child when registering for their first program with us.
  • Non-Resident Fee: There is a $10 per participant per program surcharge for non-Plymouth residents. To be considered a resident, one must reside in or own a residence within the Town of Plymouth limits at the time registration is submitted. This fee is non-refundable.
  • Confirmations: Please keep a record of your registration. Confirmations are emailed as soon as your registration is processed; no further confirmations or reminders are provided.
  • Weather Cancellations: Due to any weather cancellations, programs could be scheduled a make class that extends beyond the original end date. No refunds or credits will be given for make up dates.
  • Uniforms / T-Shirts are ordered at minimum ordered 8-10 days prior to the start of the program. If you register after the uniform or t-shirt has been placed you are not guaranteed the shirt size you requested.

Cori and Sori Requirements
A completed Cori and Sori form are BOTH required for all coaches and assistant coaches. Please fill out the forms below. Valid identification is required (ie. license).
