Yoga - Kripalu Register View Cart

Looking for a yoga experience that will make you feel fabulous? Under the guidance of our certified instructor, Jayne Sutton, you will explore stretches and postures designed to open up your entire body. Simple breathing techniques will be introduced to help calm the mind and energize your body. Participants must supply their own exercise mat and be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance.

COVID GUIDELINES
OUTDOOR YOGA
- SPOTS AT LEAST 6 FEET APART SO PARTICIPANTS HAVE ENOUGH ROOM TO STAY ON THEIR MATS

-Under phase 3 guidelines masks will be required if the participants cannot maintain social distance (6 ft apart). 
- PARTICIPANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN BEACH TOWEL (for under yoga mat), YOGA MAT, WATER, SUNSCREEN, BUG SPRAY, HAT, SUNGLASSES ETC.
- PORT O JOHNS WILL BE AVAILABLE

INDOOR YOGA

-We will have a one way in check in system where participants will check in at the front desk and will go down to the auditorium.
-Leaving the building participants will have to leave out of one of the side doors down on the auditorium level there either by the Memorial Hall's Managers office or the other side by the green room hall way. (either side of the stage)
-Masks will be required at check in / leaving when you cannot be socially distant.  Once participants mats are set up they can take their masks off as long as they are able to be socially distant from others in class around them.  If you cannot be socially distant, or leave to go to the bathroom we ask that masks are out back on.
-The instructor will wear a mask as participants enter. They will be able to lower their mask if they can remain socially distant from the class participants. However if they approach anyone to modify their movements, or walk around the class to watch their forms they will have to raise their mask at that time until they are again separated from participants and back at their own mat.
-Limited to 25 people

Registration & Refund Information
  • Registration: Student is only considered registered (and spot reserved) in a program once payment is received. Online registration & payment is the quickest and easiest way to secure a spot in a program. Registration is also accepted in our office and by mail on a first-come first-served basis. SPOTS ARE NOT HELD FOR PROGRAMS UNLESS PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
  • Refunds: There will be a $10 processing fee for all refunds/credits and all requests must be made at least 5 business days prior to the start of the program. (There are no refunds for activities that require a uniform or jersey after it is ordered).
  • Non-Resident Fee: There is a $10 per participant per program surcharge for non-Plymouth residents. To be considered a resident, one must reside in or own a residence within the Town of Plymouth limits at the time registration is submitted.
  • Confirmations: Please keep a record of your registration. Confirmations are emailed as soon as your registration is processed; no further confirmations or reminders are provided.
  • Weather Cancellations Due to any weather cancellations, programs could be scheduled a make class that extends beyond the original end date. No refunds or credits will be given for make up dates.
