This program teaches kids the basics of basketball in an exciting environment.  Kids will be taught fundamental basketball skills as well as participate in fun games using previously learned skills. This a great program for any child to get started in basketball without the commitment of league play or looking to develop their skills.  COVID-19 Guidelines-Masks are required -Space is limited to 10 participants per group.-Instructors are required to wear masks-If anyone plans on staying to watch the program, they must remain socially distant from each other and must wear masks.  Due to limited space in the gym, siblings are not permitted in the gym area, and must remain in the office area during the program.  -If needed, only one parent/guardian permitted in the gym during the program. -Indoor capacity limits are currently at 25 people in the facility.-Equipment will be cleaned between groups- Only skills and drills will be practiced, no competitive play-Participants are not permitted to enter the facility until 5 minutes before the start of their group.  Doors will be locked, to allow for proper cleaning and sanitization.

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM    Parkour - Parkour Ages 6-10
Parkour is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. Participants aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Looking for something to do with your child that will wear them out & teach them about sports? Then this class is for you! Children will learn about various sports each week from soccer to t-ball.Parent participation is required!For program at Memorial Hall, please enter through back ticket door on Memorial Hall Drive only!COVID 19 INFO-Limited to 8 participants with 1 adult. (Indoor capacity is at 25 people or less. Please do not bring additional family members or friends to the program.)-Adult participant must wear a mask for the program.-Exceptions for masks include children under the age of 2. -3 year olds in the program will need to wear a mask during the program.-The instructor will wear a mask for the program.-Activities will be structured to try to maintain social distancing.

Enjoy creative self expression with your toddler.  A variety of projects will encourage toddlers to create art while exploring paint, glue and more.  There will be a focus on fun while developing hand-eye coordination and small motor skills.  Each week will feature a story followed by crafts relating to the book.stories and crafts may be themed around a holiday if class falls within the same weekCOVID 19 INFO-Limited to 8 participants with 1 adult. Players experience our ”Smart Soccer” philosophy of promoting fundamental skills and sportsmanship. Special requests for team placement for Smart Soccer will not be accepted, only siblings will be placed on the same team together.Cleats, shin guards and mouth guard is recommended but not requiredCOVID GUIDELINES -MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS. (this includes while they are actively playing) -TEAMS OF 10 KIDS OR LESS -ONLY 1 SPECTATOR (no siblings allowed to wait with the 1 spectator, unless they can remain in a stroller, car sit or in parents lap) WILL BE ALLOWED TO STAY TO WATCH THE PROGRAM DUE TO INDOOR CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS. Salsa Fit is a fun easy to follow 60 minute cardio dance workout to ballroom and Latin Rhythms. A little bit of Salsa. Dance your yoga flow is a 60 minute mind, body and spirit yoga dance fusion class to music.  It is a great workout to improve balance, flexibility and strength. Roll out your mat and practice sun salutations, yoga stretches and dance conditioning movement.Instructor: Kelly Madenjian**Our 1 day trial class is 30 mins long.THIS IS NOT A DROP IN PROGRAMCOVID GUIDELINES-Under phase 3 guidelines masks will be required if the participants cannot maintain social distance (6 ft apart). Come join us at Memorial Hall for the fastest growing sport in America! A Paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels.  The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast paced, competitive game for experienced players.  It’s a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping pong.  We will provide all the equipment and 2 courts.  (you are more than welcome to bring your own paddles). Limited to 16 players COVID-19 GUIDELINES:-Sign in upon entering and exiting the facility.-Mask must be worn at all times including during play.-6' distance should be practiced-Pickleballs and racquets are sanitized always after use-Players can choose to bring their own racquets and ballsYOU MUST PRE-REGISTER TO PLAY. Meryl’s Music Class is 45 minutes of singing, dancing, instrument play and chants. This is a mixed ages class from 1 to 5 years so families can all attend together without having to get childcare for one of the kids. Research has shown that music learning supports all areas of learning and informal, developmentally appropriate music activities are the best way for children under 6 to gain basic music competence! Parent participation is required.Includes a full length CD of all the music we will be experiencing during the class. * Infant siblings (under 11 months) come for free with a paid child***Please note that at this time instruments will not be brought by the instructor. Participants can bring their own instruments or purchase an instrument kit for $30 from the instructor for class.1) Something to shake (small container with rice, beans, dry pasta)2) Something that clicks when tapped together (wooden spoons, dowels, blocks)3) Something flow-ey to dance with (scarf, pillowcase, silk ribbons, handkerchief) 4) Something that dings (bells of any sort, metal bowl or water bottle to strike) 5) Something to snuggle (stuffed animal)6) Kitchen "drums" or other things to strike for the play along (Tupperware, recycled containers of different shapes and sizes)My set has: 2 egg shakers, 2 sets of rhythm sticks, 2 scarves, a ribbon streamer, a wrist jingle bell in a reusable shopping bag.**It's important that the adults have things to play as well, so not just one of everything for the child.A purchased kit will include: 2 egg shakers, 2 sets of rhythm sticks, 2 scarves, a ribbon streamer, a wrist jingle bell in a reusable shopping bag. Every week children will be introduced to a new sport including basketball, baseball, soccer, and floor hockey. Each class will incorporate age-appropriate skills, within a structured coaching environment, to help develop coordination, agility and in still a love of team play in each child. With the children playing a number of different sports, you will see a progression in their catching, throwing, kicking and basic coordination abilities. Skaters will be grouped by age and/or ability if possible. Prerequisites: Tot is for 3-5 years and Youth is for 5-15 years. Participants must be potty trained and capable of independently wearing a mask, social distancing and following directions.  TEEN/ADULT- 16+It’s never too late to learn how to skate! Participants 16 years and older are invited to learn to skate or enhance skating skills in a fun and comfortable environment. CSI- CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION Come and join our Minds in Motion Crime Team in this fun and interesting workshop! We will provide you with all the tools you need to become your very own crime scene investigator! Learn all about forensics, searching for evidence, and gathering clues. Working in groups, you will conduct many science experiments in our crime labs to solve mysteries at hand!  As young detectives in training, you will learn all about fingerprinting and how to classify them. Bring home your very own fingerprint classification sheet! You will also perform chemical analyses and observations working with powders, liquids, and much much more! be amazed at how much science plays a part in solving a crime. Come ready with your thinking caps and be prepared to use all the skills necessary to solve the crime of the century to help have the Minds In Motion Laboratory! We need you! Come and join our Minds In Motion Crime Team in this fun and interesting workshop.CHEMICAL CREATIONSCome experience a hands-on world of fun as you conduct a variety of scientific experiments! You will make and take home a wide assortment of doodads and formations that you created all on your own. Lean and discover many different scientific concepts in an entertaining and innovative approach. Generate your own growing cube and make a shiny clean penny! Make your very own UV bracelet and watch it react to the sun. Learn all about energy and molecules, create a crazy bouncy glob from glue, and some scary green slime! You will also get to witness some really cool scientific demonstrations from your instructor. Watch snow being created and feel how cold it is! Experience a really powerful magnet, a cool blue light, a soda explode and many other exciting experiments in this fascinating and educational workshop!COVID GUIDELINES:-Masks will be required to wear into the building, during class and exiting the building.-Program will be restructured so that each participant will have their own individual projects. There will be no group activities.-All participants will be seated at a safe distance apart from each other.-In the event any supplies need to being shared, they will be sanitized and wiped down between turns. -Our instructors will wear a protective mask and gloves. They will have sanitizer and sanitizing wipes on hand to be used accordingly.-Instructors will be asked a series of questions regarding symptoms or being in contact with anyone with symptoms prior to running the program.-No one besides class participants will be allowed in the room.  If you are waiting for your child you may wait in the lobby, no wandering the building. We discourage waiting in the facility. 
 
4:45 PM - 5:30 PM    Yoga - Youth - Youth Yoga Session 3
Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques.  They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging Yoga poses and Yoga games. Jamie Houde has been practicing Yoga for over 5 years and the practice has helped her grow within all aspects of life.  She received her Children’s Yoga certification through Open Door Yoga studio in Weymouth MA. As a mother of two children she has enjoyed sharing her yoga practice with them.  COVID Guidelines:-Children must bring their own Yoga mat.-Masks are required for anyone entering the facility.-Masks must be worn at all times, even during class. -Spectators will not be allowed into the room while class is taking place. We ask that if you are staying in the facility for the program you wait in the lobby area outside of the room. You are encouraged to only have 1 spectator per child in the facility.-Signed waiver must be on file

Video Game Club is a program that will provide students a safe, fun and competitive club, where they can play video games with their friends. The games that will be offered are Super Smash Brothers, Mario Kart and Madden. The games will be all be played on Nintendo Switch. COVID GUIDELINES-Memorial Hall- Drop off through the front doors, and exit through the green room to the back side doors. Parents cannot remain in the facility for the program. For pick up, students will be dismissed at the back side door (not street side on Memorial Hall Dr.) -MYC drop off will enter through the front doors. Pick up will be at the back bottom ramp door. Please only have 1 parent at a time on the back ramp for pick up. Participants will exit and meet parents at the ramp to go back to their vehicles. -Participants must wear masks for the program-Instructor will wear a mask-Seats will be socially distant -Equipment will be provided-Controllers will be sanitized after each use.-Drop off program only, families cannot wait in the facility.-Signed waiver on file. Can be emailed back or given at the first class. Copies will be available for those who do not have a printer.

Come join us at Memorial Hall for the fastest growing sport in America! A Paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels.  The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast paced, competitive game for experienced players.  It’s a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping pong.  We will provide all the equipment and 2 courts.  (you are more than welcome to bring your own paddles). Limited to 16 players COVID-19 GUIDELINES:-Sign in upon entering and exiting the facility.-Mask must be worn at all times including during play.-6' distance should be practiced-Pickleballs and racquets are sanitized always after use-Players can choose to bring their own racquets and ballsYOU MUST PRE-REGISTER TO PLAY. Looking for a yoga experience that will make you feel fabulous? Under the guidance of our certified instructor, Jayne Sutton, you will explore stretches and postures designed to open up your entire body. Simple breathing techniques will be introduced to help calm the mind and energize your body. Participants must supply their own exercise mat and be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance.Instructor Jayne Sutton THIS IS NOT A DROP IN PROGRAMCOVID GUIDELINESOUTDOOR YOGA- SPOTS AT LEAST 6 FEET APART SO PARTICIPANTS HAVE ENOUGH ROOM TO STAY ON THEIR MATS-Under phase 3 guidelines masks will be required if the participants cannot maintain social distance (6 ft apart). - PARTICIPANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN BEACH TOWEL (for under yoga mat), YOGA MAT, WATER, SUNSCREEN, BUG SPRAY, HAT, SUNGLASSES ETC.- PORT O JOHNS WILL BE AVAILABLEINDOOR YOGA-We will have a one way in check in system where participants will check in at the front desk and will go down to the auditorium.-Leaving the building participants will have to leave out of one of the side doors down on the auditorium level there either by the Memorial Hall's Managers office or the other side by the green room hall way. (either side of the stage)-Masks will be required at check in / leaving when you cannot be socially distant.  Once participants mats are set up they can take their masks off as long as they are able to be socially distant from others in class around them.  If you cannot be socially distant, or leave to go to the bathroom we ask that masks are out back on.-The instructor will wear a mask as participants enter. They will be able to lower their mask if they can remain socially distant from the class participants. Join our new 5 vs. 5 futsal league that plays once a week at Memorial Hall. The games will be two 20 minute halves with running time. All teams will be coached by Plymouth Rec. staff and there will be one referee who will call penalties, keep score and time. There will be 1 goalie, 2 defensive players, and 2 offensive players. Players will rotate between positions during the game. There will be a limit of 8 kids to a team. The first week of the program will be a skill refresher/scrimmage, with the remaining 7 weeks consisting of the first 10 minutes being a warm up followed by the game. The team with the best record at the end of the season will receive medals. Team shirts are included. **Once teams are made a schedule will be created. Games will always be on Friday nights. Time will vary depending on when your team will play at either 5p, 6p or 7p.**In order to be a successful player in the league kids need to already have the basic knowledge of soccer. This is not an instructional program.  COVID GUIDELINES-MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS. This program teaches kids the basics of basketball in an exciting environment.  Kids will be taught fundamental basketball skills as well as participate in fun games using previously learned skills. This a great program for any child to get started in basketball without the commitment of league play or looking to develop their skills.  COVID-19 Guidelines-Masks are required -Space is limited to 10 participants per group.-Instructors are required to wear masks-If anyone plans on staying to watch the program, they must remain socially distant from each other and must wear masks.  Due to limited space in the gym, siblings are not permitted in the gym area, and must remain in the office area during the program.  -If needed, only one parent/guardian permitted in the gym during the program. -Indoor capacity limits are currently at 25 people in the facility.-Equipment will be cleaned between groups- Only skills and drills will be practiced, no competitive play-Participants are not permitted to enter the facility until 5 minutes before the start of their group.  Doors will be locked, to allow for proper cleaning and sanitization.

Parkour is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. Participants aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Meryl’s Music Class is 45 minutes of singing, dancing, instrument play and chants. This is a mixed ages class from 1 to 5 years so families can all attend together without having to get childcare for one of the kids. Research has shown that music learning supports all areas of learning and informal, developmentally appropriate music activities are the best way for children under 6 to gain basic music competence! Parent participation is required.Includes a full length CD of all the music we will be experiencing during the class. * Infant siblings (under 11 months) come for free with a paid child***Please note that at this time instruments will not be brought by the instructor. Every week children will be introduced to a new sport including basketball, baseball, soccer, and floor hockey. Each class will incorporate age-appropriate skills, within a structured coaching environment, to help develop coordination, agility and in still a love of team play in each child. With the children playing a number of different sports, you will see a progression in their catching, throwing, kicking and basic coordination abilities. We will provide you with all the tools you need to become your very own crime scene investigator! Learn all about forensics, searching for evidence, and gathering clues. Working in groups, you will conduct many science experiments in our crime labs to solve mysteries at hand!  As young detectives in training, you will learn all about fingerprinting and how to classify them. Bring home your very own fingerprint classification sheet! You will also perform chemical analyses and observations working with powders, liquids, and much much more! be amazed at how much science plays a part in solving a crime. Come ready with your thinking caps and be prepared to use all the skills necessary to solve the crime of the century to help have the Minds In Motion Laboratory! We need you! Come and join our Minds In Motion Crime Team in this fun and interesting workshop.CHEMICAL CREATIONSCome experience a hands-on world of fun as you conduct a variety of scientific experiments! You will make and take home a wide assortment of doodads and formations that you created all on your own. Lean and discover many different scientific concepts in an entertaining and innovative approach. Generate your own growing cube and make a shiny clean penny! Make your very own UV bracelet and watch it react to the sun. Learn all about energy and molecules, create a crazy bouncy glob from glue, and some scary green slime! You will also get to witness some really cool scientific demonstrations from your instructor. Watch snow being created and feel how cold it is! Experience a really powerful magnet, a cool blue light, a soda explode and many other exciting experiments in this fascinating and educational workshop!COVID GUIDELINES:-Masks will be required to wear into the building, during class and exiting the building.-Program will be restructured so that each participant will have their own individual projects. There will be no group activities.-All participants will be seated at a safe distance apart from each other.-In the event any supplies need to being shared, they will be sanitized and wiped down between turns. -Our instructors will wear a protective mask and gloves. They will have sanitizer and sanitizing wipes on hand to be used accordingly.-Instructors will be asked a series of questions regarding symptoms or being in contact with anyone with symptoms prior to running the program.-No one besides class participants will be allowed in the room.  If you are waiting for your child you may wait in the lobby, no wandering the building. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques.  They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging Yoga poses and Yoga games. Jamie Houde has been practicing Yoga for over 5 years and the practice has helped her grow within all aspects of life.  She received her Children’s Yoga certification through Open Door Yoga studio in Weymouth MA. As a mother of two children she has enjoyed sharing her yoga practice with them.  COVID Guidelines:-Children must bring their own Yoga mat.-Masks are required for anyone entering the facility.-Masks must be worn at all times, even during class. -Spectators will not be allowed into the room while class is taking place. We ask that if you are staying in the facility for the program you wait in the lobby area outside of the room. Video Game Club is a program that will provide students a safe, fun and competitive club, where they can play video games with their friends. The games that will be offered are Super Smash Brothers, Mario Kart and Madden. The games will be all be played on Nintendo Switch. COVID GUIDELINES-Memorial Hall- Drop off through the front doors, and exit through the green room to the back side doors. Parents cannot remain in the facility for the program. For pick up, students will be dismissed at the back side door (not street side on Memorial Hall Dr.) -MYC drop off will enter through the front doors. Pick up will be at the back bottom ramp door. Please only have 1 parent at a time on the back ramp for pick up. Participants will exit and meet parents at the ramp to go back to their vehicles. -Participants must wear masks for the program-Instructor will wear a mask-Seats will be socially distant -Equipment will be provided-Controllers will be sanitized after each use.-Drop off program only, families cannot wait in the facility.-Signed waiver on file. Come join us at Memorial Hall for the fastest growing sport in America! A Paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels.  The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast paced, competitive game for experienced players.  It’s a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping pong.  We will provide all the equipment and 2 courts.  (you are more than welcome to bring your own paddles). Limited to 16 players COVID-19 GUIDELINES:-Sign in upon entering and exiting the facility.-Mask must be worn at all times including during play.-6' distance should be practiced-Pickleballs and racquets are sanitized always after use-Players can choose to bring their own racquets and ballsYOU MUST PRE-REGISTER TO PLAY. Looking for a yoga experience that will make you feel fabulous? Under the guidance of our certified instructor, Jayne Sutton, you will explore stretches and postures designed to open up your entire body. Simple breathing techniques will be introduced to help calm the mind and energize your body. Participants must supply their own exercise mat and be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance.Instructor Jayne Sutton THIS IS NOT A DROP IN PROGRAMCOVID GUIDELINESOUTDOOR YOGA- SPOTS AT LEAST 6 FEET APART SO PARTICIPANTS HAVE ENOUGH ROOM TO STAY ON THEIR MATS-Under phase 3 guidelines masks will be required if the participants cannot maintain social distance (6 ft apart). - PARTICIPANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN BEACH TOWEL (for under yoga mat), YOGA MAT, WATER, SUNSCREEN, BUG SPRAY, HAT, SUNGLASSES ETC.- PORT O JOHNS WILL BE AVAILABLEINDOOR YOGA-We will have a one way in check in system where participants will check in at the front desk and will go down to the auditorium.-Leaving the building participants will have to leave out of one of the side doors down on the auditorium level there either by the Memorial Hall's Managers office or the other side by the green room hall way. (either side of the stage)-Masks will be required at check in / leaving when you cannot be socially distant.  Once participants mats are set up they can take their masks off as long as they are able to be socially distant from others in class around them.  If you cannot be socially distant, or leave to go to the bathroom we ask that masks are out back on.-The instructor will wear a mask as participants enter. They will be able to lower their mask if they can remain socially distant from the class participants. However if they approach anyone to modify their movements, or walk around the class to watch their forms they will have to raise their mask at that time until they are again separated from participants and back at their own mat.-Limited to 25 people

Join our new 5 vs. 5 futsal league that plays once a week at Memorial Hall. The games will be two 20 minute halves with running time. All teams will be coached by Plymouth Rec. staff and there will be one referee who will call penalties, keep score and time. There will be 1 goalie, 2 defensive players, and 2 offensive players. Players will rotate between positions during the game. There will be a limit of 8 kids to a team. The first week of the program will be a skill refresher/scrimmage, with the remaining 7 weeks consisting of the first 10 minutes being a warm up followed by the game. The team with the best record at the end of the season will receive medals. Team shirts are included. **Once teams are made a schedule will be created. Games will always be on Friday nights. Time will vary depending on when your team will play at either 5p, 6p or 7p.**In order to be a successful player in the league kids need to already have the basic knowledge of soccer. This is not an instructional program.  COVID GUIDELINES-MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS. This a great program for any child to get started in basketball without the commitment of league play or looking to develop their skills.  COVID-19 Guidelines-Masks are required -Space is limited to 10 participants per group.-Instructors are required to wear masks-If anyone plans on staying to watch the program, they must remain socially distant from each other and must wear masks.  Due to limited space in the gym, siblings are not permitted in the gym area, and must remain in the office area during the program.  -If needed, only one parent/guardian permitted in the gym during the program. -Indoor capacity limits are currently at 25 people in the facility.-Equipment will be cleaned between groups- Only skills and drills will be practiced, no competitive play-Participants are not permitted to enter the facility until 5 minutes before the start of their group.  Doors will be locked, to allow for proper cleaning and sanitization.

Parkour is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. Participants aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Dance your yoga flow is a 60 minute mind, body and spirit yoga dance fusion class to music.  It is a great workout to improve balance, flexibility and strength. Meryl’s Music Class is 45 minutes of singing, dancing, instrument play and chants. This is a mixed ages class from 1 to 5 years so families can all attend together without having to get childcare for one of the kids. Research has shown that music learning supports all areas of learning and informal, developmentally appropriate music activities are the best way for children under 6 to gain basic music competence! Parent participation is required.Includes a full length CD of all the music we will be experiencing during the class. * Infant siblings (under 11 months) come for free with a paid child***Please note that at this time instruments will not be brought by the instructor. With the children playing a number of different sports, you will see a progression in their catching, throwing, kicking and basic coordination abilities. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques.  They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging Yoga poses and Yoga games. Jamie Houde has been practicing Yoga for over 5 years and the practice has helped her grow within all aspects of life.  She received her Children’s Yoga certification through Open Door Yoga studio in Weymouth MA. As a mother of two children she has enjoyed sharing her yoga practice with them.  COVID Guidelines:-Children must bring their own Yoga mat.-Masks are required for anyone entering the facility.-Masks must be worn at all times, even during class. -Spectators will not be allowed into the room while class is taking place. We ask that if you are staying in the facility for the program you wait in the lobby area outside of the room. Video Game Club is a program that will provide students a safe, fun and competitive club, where they can play video games with their friends. The games that will be offered are Super Smash Brothers, Mario Kart and Madden. The games will be all be played on Nintendo Switch. COVID GUIDELINES-Memorial Hall- Drop off through the front doors, and exit through the green room to the back side doors. Parents cannot remain in the facility for the program. For pick up, students will be dismissed at the back side door (not street side on Memorial Hall Dr.) -MYC drop off will enter through the front doors. Pick up will be at the back bottom ramp door. Please only have 1 parent at a time on the back ramp for pick up. Participants will exit and meet parents at the ramp to go back to their vehicles. -Participants must wear masks for the program-Instructor will wear a mask-Seats will be socially distant -Equipment will be provided-Controllers will be sanitized after each use.-Drop off program only, families cannot wait in the facility.-Signed waiver on file. Looking for a yoga experience that will make you feel fabulous? Under the guidance of our certified instructor, Jayne Sutton, you will explore stretches and postures designed to open up your entire body. Simple breathing techniques will be introduced to help calm the mind and energize your body. Participants must supply their own exercise mat and be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance.Instructor Jayne Sutton THIS IS NOT A DROP IN PROGRAMCOVID GUIDELINESOUTDOOR YOGA- SPOTS AT LEAST 6 FEET APART SO PARTICIPANTS HAVE ENOUGH ROOM TO STAY ON THEIR MATS-Under phase 3 guidelines masks will be required if the participants cannot maintain social distance (6 ft apart). - PARTICIPANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN BEACH TOWEL (for under yoga mat), YOGA MAT, WATER, SUNSCREEN, BUG SPRAY, HAT, SUNGLASSES ETC.- PORT O JOHNS WILL BE AVAILABLEINDOOR YOGA-We will have a one way in check in system where participants will check in at the front desk and will go down to the auditorium.-Leaving the building participants will have to leave out of one of the side doors down on the auditorium level there either by the Memorial Hall's Managers office or the other side by the green room hall way. (either side of the stage)-Masks will be required at check in / leaving when you cannot be socially distant.  Once participants mats are set up they can take their masks off as long as they are able to be socially distant from others in class around them.  If you cannot be socially distant, or leave to go to the bathroom we ask that masks are out back on.-The instructor will wear a mask as participants enter. They will be able to lower their mask if they can remain socially distant from the class participants. However if they approach anyone to modify their movements, or walk around the class to watch their forms they will have to raise their mask at that time until they are again separated from participants and back at their own mat.-Limited to 25 people

5:00 PM - 8:00 PM    Indoor Futsal League - Indoor Futsal League
Join our new 5 vs. 5 futsal league that plays once a week at Memorial Hall. The games will be two 20 minute halves with running time. All teams will be coached by Plymouth Rec. staff and there will be one referee who will call penalties, keep score and time. There will be 1 goalie, 2 defensive players, and 2 offensive players. Players will rotate between positions during the game. There will be a limit of 8 kids to a team. The first week of the program will be a skill refresher/scrimmage, with the remaining 7 weeks consisting of the first 10 minutes being a warm up followed by the game. The team with the best record at the end of the season will receive medals. Team shirts are included. **Once teams are made a schedule will be created. Games will always be on Friday nights. Time will vary depending on when your team will play at either 5p, 6p or 7p.**In order to be a successful player in the league kids need to already have the basic knowledge of soccer. This is not an instructional program.  COVID GUIDELINES-MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS. (this includes while they are actively playing)-TEAMS OF 10 KIDS OR LESS-ONLY 1 SPECTATOR (no siblings allowed to wait with the 1 spectator, unless they can remain in a stroller, car sit or in parents lap) WILL BE ALLOWED TO STAY TO WATCH THE PROGRAM DUE TO INDOOR CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS. This a great program for any child to get started in basketball without the commitment of league play or looking to develop their skills.  COVID-19 Guidelines-Masks are required -Space is limited to 10 participants per group.-Instructors are required to wear masks-If anyone plans on staying to watch the program, they must remain socially distant from each other and must wear masks.  Due to limited space in the gym, siblings are not permitted in the gym area, and must remain in the office area during the program.  -If needed, only one parent/guardian permitted in the gym during the program. -Indoor capacity limits are currently at 25 people in the facility.-Equipment will be cleaned between groups- Only skills and drills will be practiced, no competitive play-Participants are not permitted to enter the facility until 5 minutes before the start of their group.  Doors will be locked, to allow for proper cleaning and sanitization.

A course for fourth & fifth graders to learn about safety to and from school, phone and food safety, first aid and choking, as well as emergency prevention. Instruction includes basic self defense.In order to minimize exposure and risk to ourselves and others during the COVID pandemic, South Shore Safety has taken the following precautions when teaching classes.1. South Shore Safety instructors will abide by all pandemic health recommendations regarding social distancing in a classroom setting.2. All instructors will wear masks and keep social distancing at a minimum of 6 feet.3. All class participants will be required to wear masks, with nose and mouth covered4. South Shore Safety will have hand sanitizer available for participants upon check-in, if not provided by the host.5. All class participants will be asked to bring their own pen or pencil6. Specific to Home Alone Staying Safe classes (HASS)a. South Shore Safety will no longer be doing interactive self-defense training, but instead will do demonstrations of techniques and more interactive discussions.b. Instead of verbal assertiveness (yelling) activities, to avoid potential spread of droplets we will include other interactive discussions and demos.

A Paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels.  The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast paced, competitive game for experienced players.  It’s a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping pong.  We will provide all the equipment and 2 courts.  (you are more than welcome to bring your own paddles). Limited to 16 players COVID-19 GUIDELINES:-Sign in upon entering and exiting the facility.-Mask must be worn at all times including during play.-6' distance should be practiced-Pickleballs and racquets are sanitized always after use-Players can choose to bring their own racquets and ballsYOU MUST PRE-REGISTER TO PLAY. Meryl’s Music Class is 45 minutes of singing, dancing, instrument play and chants. This is a mixed ages class from 1 to 5 years so families can all attend together without having to get childcare for one of the kids. Research has shown that music learning supports all areas of learning and informal, developmentally appropriate music activities are the best way for children under 6 to gain basic music competence! Parent participation is required.Includes a full length CD of all the music we will be experiencing during the class. * Infant siblings (under 11 months) come for free with a paid child***Please note that at this time instruments will not be brought by the instructor. Video Game Club is a program that will provide students a safe, fun and competitive club, where they can play video games with their friends. The games that will be offered are Super Smash Brothers, Mario Kart and Madden. The games will be all be played on Nintendo Switch. COVID GUIDELINES-Memorial Hall- Drop off through the front doors, and exit through the green room to the back side doors. Parents cannot remain in the facility for the program. For pick up, students will be dismissed at the back side door (not street side on Memorial Hall Dr.) -MYC drop off will enter through the front doors. Pick up will be at the back bottom ramp door. Please only have 1 parent at a time on the back ramp for pick up. Participants will exit and meet parents at the ramp to go back to their vehicles. -Participants must wear masks for the program-Instructor will wear a mask-Seats will be socially distant -Equipment will be provided-Controllers will be sanitized after each use.-Drop off program only, families cannot wait in the facility.-Signed waiver on file. Looking for a yoga experience that will make you feel fabulous? Under the guidance of our certified instructor, Jayne Sutton, you will explore stretches and postures designed to open up your entire body. Simple breathing techniques will be introduced to help calm the mind and energize your body. Participants must supply their own exercise mat and be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance.Instructor Jayne Sutton THIS IS NOT A DROP IN PROGRAMCOVID GUIDELINESOUTDOOR YOGA- SPOTS AT LEAST 6 FEET APART SO PARTICIPANTS HAVE ENOUGH ROOM TO STAY ON THEIR MATS-Under phase 3 guidelines masks will be required if the participants cannot maintain social distance (6 ft apart). - PARTICIPANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN BEACH TOWEL (for under yoga mat), YOGA MAT, WATER, SUNSCREEN, BUG SPRAY, HAT, SUNGLASSES ETC.- PORT O JOHNS WILL BE AVAILABLEINDOOR YOGA-We will have a one way in check in system where participants will check in at the front desk and will go down to the auditorium.-Leaving the building participants will have to leave out of one of the side doors down on the auditorium level there either by the Memorial Hall's Managers office or the other side by the green room hall way. (either side of the stage)-Masks will be required at check in / leaving when you cannot be socially distant.  Once participants mats are set up they can take their masks off as long as they are able to be socially distant from others in class around them.  If you cannot be socially distant, or leave to go to the bathroom we ask that masks are out back on.-The instructor will wear a mask as participants enter. They will be able to lower their mask if they can remain socially distant from the class participants. However if they approach anyone to modify their movements, or walk around the class to watch their forms they will have to raise their mask at that time until they are again separated from participants and back at their own mat.-Limited to 25 people

5:00 PM - 8:00 PM    Indoor Futsal League - Indoor Futsal League
Join our new 5 vs. 5 futsal league that plays once a week at Memorial Hall. The games will be two 20 minute halves with running time. All teams will be coached by Plymouth Rec. staff and there will be one referee who will call penalties, keep score and time. There will be 1 goalie, 2 defensive players, and 2 offensive players. Players will rotate between positions during the game. There will be a limit of 8 kids to a team. The first week of the program will be a skill refresher/scrimmage, with the remaining 7 weeks consisting of the first 10 minutes being a warm up followed by the game. The team with the best record at the end of the season will receive medals. Team shirts are included. **Once teams are made a schedule will be created. Games will always be on Friday nights. Time will vary depending on when your team will play at either 5p, 6p or 7p.**In order to be a successful player in the league kids need to already have the basic knowledge of soccer. This is not an instructional program.  COVID GUIDELINES-MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS. (this includes while they are actively playing)-TEAMS OF 10 KIDS OR LESS-ONLY 1 SPECTATOR (no siblings allowed to wait with the 1 spectator, unless they can remain in a stroller, car sit or in parents lap) WILL BE ALLOWED TO STAY TO WATCH THE PROGRAM DUE TO INDOOR CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS. (all others must wait outside in their cars). Any siblings that cannot remain seated will be asked to leave the facility.-MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL SPECTATORS.-CHECK IN AT THE SIDE DOOR OFF OF MEMORIAL HALL DRIVE. DOORS WILL BE OPENED 5 MINS BEFORE YOUR PROGRAM IS SUPPOSED TO START.-INSTRUCTORS WILL WEAR A MASK.-YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO BRING YOUR SOCCER BALL TO LESSEN THE POSSIBILITY OF SHARING EQUIPMENT. (we will have extra soccer balls available to use).-ALL EQUIPMENT WILL BE SANITIZED AFTER EACH GROUP.-A SIGNED COVID-19 WAIVER FOR SMART SOCCER TURNED INTO THE REC.
