Private and Semi-Private Lessons: 
July 17-21st 2017 (AM and PM)
July 24th - August 11th (PM only)
Ages: Children must be at least 3 years old before the first class.
Dates: Monday-Friday July 17th - 21st- choose to register for one, two, three, four or five days.  
Location: Morton Park only
Time: Lessons are scheduled on the half hour from 9:00a-4:30p
          Private Lessons: $20 for residents $30 for non-residents per 1/2 hour   
          Semi-Private Lessons: $30 for residents $40 for non-residents per 1/2 hour (both children must be same level)
Registration:  You must register child for each day you wish them to attend. For online registration add program to your cart separately for each day you want, then choose the specific days from drop down menu. If you want all five days, register child 5 times for a total cost of $100 ($20 x5) for private lessons ($150 for 5 days of semi-private) for residents and $150 ($30 x5) for private lessons ($200 for 5 days of semi-private) for non-residents. 

The following times are full for Monday-Friday during private/semi-private lessons: 9:00a-9:30a, 9:35a-10:05a, 10:10a-10:40a, 10:45a-11:15a and 3:50p-4:20p.  PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE FOR TIMES STILL AVAILABLE

Swim lesson Registration Form**

Junior Lifeguard Training: For those not quite old enough for our Lifeguard Training Program. The curriculum was put together by the Recreation Department to motivate and encourage kids that are strong swimmers to become certified lifeguards. It is basically a modified lifeguard training class. We will use the same equipment and rescue techniques that are used in the certification program, including instruction in CPR and first aid.
Ages: 12-14
Dates: Monday-Friday. June 26th - July 7th
Time: 9:30-10:30a
Location: Morton Park only
Fee: $95
Prerequisite: Student must have passed Level 6 previously or must be able to swim across the length of Morton Pond (300 yards).

*Note: Beach or 4x4 Stickers will be required for all vehicles entering Morton Park or Hedges Pond for all swim lessons. All non-residents or non stickered Plymouth residents must get a window pass issued by the department for swim lessons only in order to enter the park.

Registration & Refund Information
  • Registration: Student is only considered registered (and spot reserved) in a program once payment is received. Online registration & payment is the quickest and easiest way to secure a spot in a program. Registration is also accepted in our office and by mail on a first-come first-served basis.
  • Refunds: There will be a $10 processing fee for all refunds/credits and all requests must be made at least 5 business days prior to the start of the program.
  • Non-Resident Fee: There is a $10 per participant per program surcharge for non-Plymouth residents. To be considered a resident, one must reside in or own a residence within the Town of Plymouth limits at the time registration is submitted.
  • Confirmations: Please keep a record of your registration. Confirmations are emailed as soon as your registration is processed; no further confirmations or reminders are provided.
  • Outdoor Program: Due to any weather cancellations, programs could be scheduled a make class that extends beyond the original end date. No refunds or credits will be given for make up dates.

Weather Info & Hotline
  • Classes are held unless weather conditions threaten the safety of the students and department personnel.
  • Classes are not held if there is lightning in the area or weather conditions create safety issues.
  • Classes cancelled due to weather conditions will NOT be made up.
  • Classes are canceled on a class by class basis.
  • Please call weather hotline: 508-747-1620 Ext 321 1/2 hour before your class time for class cancellation.
