Designed for adults over 55, intensity interval training circuit class using ropes, bosu, free weights, TRX, kettlebells and medicine balls and more. Always challenging and fun, it’s instructed by a retired physical therapist/ master personal trainer and certified rehab liaison instructor. Every limitation is considered and modifications applied. Don’t let your age stop you from achieving your best life.

Every week children will be introduced to a new sport including basketball, baseball, soccer, and floor hockey. Each class will incorporate age-appropriate skills, within a structured coaching environment, to help develop coordination, agility and in still a love of team play in each child. With the children playing a number of different sports, you will see a progression in their catching, throwing, kicking and basic coordination abilities. (When registering a 3 year old child, they must have taken at least 1 Little Sports Stars or Tot Smart Soccer class before they can participate in the Sports Stars Program, if a child age 3 is registered without a taking a Little Sports/Tot Smart Soccer Class, they will be canceled out of the program and a refund will be issued, minus the $10 cancellation fee)

Video Game Club is a program that will provide students a safe, fun and competitive club, where they can play video games with their friends. The games will be all be played on Nintendo Switch. PROGRAM GUIDELINES-MYC drop off will enter through the front doors. Pick up will be at the back bottom ramp door. Please only have 1 parent at a time on the back ramp for pick up. Participants will exit and meet parents at the ramp to go back to their vehicles. -Equipment will be provided-Drop off program only, families cannot wait in the facility.

Pick-up basketball at the Manomet Youth Center.  Come on down for a night of hoops with friends in a relaxed setting.  Space is limited to 18 people per night so pre-registration is encouraged to secure your spot!  This ensures everyone gets plenty of time to play. If the program fills at 18, there will be no drop ins allowed.

Free play is a parent supervised session for pres-school aged children.  Children are free to explore our wonderful gymnastics area and use all the traditional gymnastics equipment such as balance beams, trampolines, and wedge mats. We also have an awesome range of special climbing equipment through soft shapes and play huts.Daily drop in fee $5 per childProgram Rules- Please make sure that you check in with a staff person when you arrive so that we can make sure you check you in our on roster. Please take off your shoes as well as your child’s shoes before they use the equipment.  This will help with the wear and tear on the equipment as well as help keep it clean. Please do not bring any food or drinks into the gymnasium. This will help prevent any spills, or food getting on the equipment.  We will have the tables when you check in set up with chairs for your child to take a break and have a snack and drink.

With the children playing a number of different sports, you will see a progression in their catching, throwing, kicking and basic coordination abilities. (When registering a 3 year old child, they must have taken at least 1 Little Sports Stars or Tot Smart Soccer class before they can participate in the Sports Stars Program, if a child age 3 is registered without a taking a Little Sports/Tot Smart Soccer Class, they will be canceled out of the program and a refund will be issued, minus the $10 cancellation fee)

The games will be all be played on Nintendo Switch. PROGRAM GUIDELINES-MYC drop off will enter through the front doors. Pick up will be at the back bottom ramp door. Please only have 1 parent at a time on the back ramp for pick up. Pick-up basketball at the Manomet Youth Center.  Come on down for a night of hoops with friends in a relaxed setting.  Space is limited to 18 people per night so pre-registration is encouraged to secure your spot!  This ensures everyone gets plenty of time to play. If the program fills at 18, there will be no drop ins allowed.

Free play is a parent supervised session for pres-school aged children.  Children are free to explore our wonderful gymnastics area and use all the traditional gymnastics equipment such as balance beams, trampolines, and wedge mats. We also have an awesome range of special climbing equipment through soft shapes and play huts.Daily drop in fee $5 per childProgram Rules- Please make sure that you check in with a staff person when you arrive so that we can make sure you check you in our on roster. Please take off your shoes as well as your child’s shoes before they use the equipment.  This will help with the wear and tear on the equipment as well as help keep it clean. Please do not bring any food or drinks into the gymnasium. This will help prevent any spills, or food getting on the equipment.  We will have the tables when you check in set up with chairs for your child to take a break and have a snack and drink.

Please only have 1 parent at a time on the back ramp for pick up. Free play is a parent supervised session for pres-school aged children.  Children are free to explore our wonderful gymnastics area and use all the traditional gymnastics equipment such as balance beams, trampolines, and wedge mats. We also have an awesome range of special climbing equipment through soft shapes and play huts.Daily drop in fee $5 per childProgram Rules- Please make sure that you check in with a staff person when you arrive so that we can make sure you check you in our on roster. Please take off your shoes as well as your child’s shoes before they use the equipment.  This will help with the wear and tear on the equipment as well as help keep it clean. Please do not bring any food or drinks into the gymnasium. This will help prevent any spills, or food getting on the equipment.  We will have the tables when you check in set up with chairs for your child to take a break and have a snack and drink.

Each class will incorporate age-appropriate skills, within a structured coaching environment, to help develop coordination, agility and in still a love of team play in each child. With the children playing a number of different sports, you will see a progression in their catching, throwing, kicking and basic coordination abilities. (When registering a 3 year old child, they must have taken at least 1 Little Sports Stars or Tot Smart Soccer class before they can participate in the Sports Stars Program, if a child age 3 is registered without a taking a Little Sports/Tot Smart Soccer Class, they will be canceled out of the program and a refund will be issued, minus the $10 cancellation fee)

Free play is a parent supervised session for pres-school aged children.  Children are free to explore our wonderful gymnastics area and use all the traditional gymnastics equipment such as balance beams, trampolines, and wedge mats. We also have an awesome range of special climbing equipment through soft shapes and play huts.Daily drop in fee $5 per childProgram Rules- Please make sure that you check in with a staff person when you arrive so that we can make sure you check you in our on roster. Please take off your shoes as well as your child’s shoes before they use the equipment.  This will help with the wear and tear on the equipment as well as help keep it clean. Please do not bring any food or drinks into the gymnasium. This will help prevent any spills, or food getting on the equipment.  We will have the tables when you check in set up with chairs for your child to take a break and have a snack and drink.

This new program provides a fun, and exciting environment for your child to come and spend their days during school vacations while you are at work, or just need a break.  Our professionally trained staff will run organized games in our gym, arts & crafts, and have access to our game room with ping pong, air hockey, billiards and more!The MYC will open at 7:00a on the following dates: 8/29, 11/4, 11/26, 12/22, 12/23, 12/29, 12/30, 2/18, 2/19, 2/20, 2/21, 4/18, 4/22, 4/23, 4/24, 4/25. 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM    Minds & Motions: Cyber-Crawler Robot - Cyber-Crawler Robot
Build and take home your very own CyberCrawler Robot! This smart coding robotics kit entertains and teaches programming skills to inquisitive young future robotic engineers! With the aid of your instructor, you will each assemble your own robot that consists of 76 pieces. Once completed, a simple press-button programming keypad embedded on its cranium will send your CyberCrawler on its way! You can design obstacles and maze courses with your classmates and see how far you can go. With a maximum storage capacity of 64 tasks, your CyberCrawler Robot will be a terrific starter tool to learn the joy of coding. Come join us at Memorial Hall for the fastest growing sport in America!
