Pilates - Pilates Session 3 Pilates is a holistic system of exercises for improving muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility, to achieve muscular balance, all with attention to conscious breath and mindfulness of the movements. Adult Jazz Dance - Adult Jazz Dance Session 1 This upbeat class is open to all levels - whether you're brand new to dance or already have experience. We'll focus on jazz technique, musicality, and expressive choreography in a supportive and fun environment. Beginners will learn foundational steps and combinations at an accessible pace, while more advanced dancers will be given exciting variations and challenges to keep pushing their skills. Every class ends with a piece of choreography that brings it all together, so you can move, perform, and enjoy the energy of jazz dance at your own level!

West Coast Swing Dance Class - West Coast Swing Dance Class WCS is a social partner danced with roots from Lindy Hop. It’s popular because it is danced to many music genres and tempos. It is primarily danced in a slotted area making it perfect for dancing in a small or crowded space. There are opportunities for improvisation that add to the fun.*This is a partners only class*Only register 1 person for this class, as the registration is per couple.Casual dress and comfortable shoes are all you need. No sneakers or rubber soled shoes please.For the advanced beginners class, the couple must have taken at least 1 West Coast Swing beginners class prior to registering for the advanced class.
