8:45 AM - 12:15 PM	Counselor in Training (CIT) Program - CIT / Hedges Pond This program is for individuals too old for our Half-Day program, but too young to have a job yet. Through this program, individuals will be given the opportunity to work closely with our half-day program staff learning the ropes of the program. This programs is perfect for individuals who will be looking for a job working with children or working at another camp when they are old enough. The CIT will stay with their assigned group for the summer and will learn how to instruct different activities (soccer, basketball, baseball, tennis, playground, arts & crafts, etc) so they get a feel for what each counselor does with their groups. *The program will be cancelled if it is raining or if the facility is unsafe from weather*This program does not guarantee employment with the Town of Plymouth.
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM	Half-Day Playground Programs - Half-Day Program at Hedges Pond **PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION FOR THE PROGRAM**Hedges Pond: During this program participants register for the whole summer. Participants will have the choice each hour (based on availability) which activity they would like to participate in.  This facility has basketball, tennis, soccer, sand volleyball court, GaGa Pit, playground, an arts and crafts area and much more!West Elementary School:During this program participants register for the whole summer.  Participants will have the choice each hour (based on availability) which activity they would like to participate in.  This facility has basketball, tennis, soccer, baseball, playground, Big Game, Dodgeball, an arts and crafts area and much more!*The program will be cancelled if it is raining or if the facility is unsafe from weather*JR. HALF-DAY PROGRAMS:JR. participants will be grouped together and will remain separated from the 6-12 year old half day program.  They will not choose their activity freely, and will follow a rotating schedule.JR. participants will receive 1 Playground shirt for them to wear during the program.  If you would like to purchase additional shirts you are welcome to for $6 per shirt.  Shirts must be ordered before June 1st, 2026. JR. participants must wear their Playground shirt every day they attend the program. They will not be permitted to attend without their Playground shirt on.Questions please call the Recreation Dept at 508-747-1620 Ext. 10137. Registration will open Monday March 16th to residents and Monday March 23rd to non-residents.
