Tai Chi with Fang Chih Lee

Tai Chi
Tai Chi with Fang Association is dedicated to teaching Yang style ancient, martial arts and nurturing their application as a life-long habit. Our certified instructors have undergone extensive training with Fang Chih Lee. Their careful guidance will bring to all students who practice regularly the benefits of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. These include improvement in physical strength, balance, flexibility, memory, and peace of mind.

Fang Chih Lee has been teaching for over 40 years. Her career began in Taiwan, the Republic of China. Thirty years ago Fang moved to the United States. Her school, Tai Chi and Qi Gong with Fang, is in Plymouth, Massachusetts. She holds a Master of Science in Recreation Management degree from Springfield College as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Movement Study from Springfield and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from the National Taiwan College of Physical Education where she was later appointed an associate professor. With the release of her three DVDs and her growing number of classes in the Plymouth area, Fang Chih Lee continues to demonstrate how the ancient Chinese arts she has mastered promote good health and long life.
