Youth Fitness
Train like an athlete! Maximize your performance and gain a competitive edge by preparing your body to withstand the demands of sport.

After an initial movement assessment, an individualized program is designed to meet the specific needs, goals and demands of each athlete and their sport.

Every program will focus on:
-Movement patterns
-Injury prevention
-Mobility
-Speed, power & agilities
-Push, pull, squat, hinge & core strength

All ages will attend the session together. Small groups capped at 8 participants for each session. Each athlete will have individualized programming based off their needs and sport.

COVID-19 Guidelines
-Face coverings are required at all times in the facility. 
This includes all spaces within the building, as well as during class.
-There will no childcare available. 
Please do not bring your kids with the intent of leaving them in the car or to hang out in the front office.
-Please follow current state guidelines about quarantine. 
If you are under quarantine because you may have been in contact with someone infected then please adhere to those guidelines and do not attend class. This is for ever one's safety. If after attending a class you do not feel good, please notify us and follow state guidelines.
