FUNNY FACES AGE 3-6 WITH PARENT
Join Marcia Richards BID Plymouth Registered Dietitian and Community Liaison for this fun activity that will also help your preschooler start building basic math skills, encourage an adventurous palate, explore their senses, and boost confidence!

HEALTHY SNACKS AGES 6-12
Because school age children are growing and developing rapidly, they have increased energy and nutrient needs. They also have small stomachs and cannot eat large amounts at one time. This makes snacks an important strategy to assure they are eating adequate calories and nutrients. During this program, led by Marcia Richards BID Plymouth Registered Dietitian and Community Liaison, your child will create a delicious and nutritious snack!

HEALTHY EATING - TURKEY WRAP WITH HUMMUS  AGES 6-12
When kids eat a well-balanced diet – it helps them in many ways! They tend to sleep better, have improved energy levels, and do better in school. Helping kids to eat better can be challenging, but making it fun can be a great way to succeed! Marcia Richards BID Plymouth Registered Dietitian and Community Liaison, will teach your child how to create a health and delicious sandwich - that can be for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack!
