In lieu of Breakfast with Santa this year, we are creating Christmas in a Box!

This year's Christmas in a Box theme is Christmas in Hawaii!

Each box will be filled with a variety of goodies including a commemorative mug for hot cocoa, treats, Letter to Santa, crafts, recipe cards, a large activity packet and more! Boxes are $15.

Boxes are stuffed with enough crafts and activities for 1 child.  
If you have more than 1 child, you can add each additional child for $10 to your families box so they will also receive their own mug, crafts and activities. 

All boxes must be purchased before Thursday December 10th.

Box is geared towards ages 3-10 (will need parents help for some crafts)

Pick up for your box will happen on Saturday December 19th at Forges Field. This will be a drive through pick up line. Please feel free to dress up in festive attire and decorate your cars! We will have Santa wave to you as you drive by. (no one is allowed to exit their vehicles at pick up, everyone must remain in their vehicles at all times). You register for your pick up time. (10a, 10:15a, 10:30a or 10:45a)

At drop off if you bring 3 or more canned goods, or an unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots we will issue you a $5 credit to your Recreation account that can be used towards any future programs.


*in order to complete some of the crafts and activities at home, please make sure you have the following: glue, markers & crayons, scissors, tape


You must register for a box with an assigned pick up time ($15) before adding additional children to your families box ($10 per add. child).

Registration and Refund Info
  • Registration: Student is only considered registered (and spot reserved) in a program once payment is received. Online registration & payment is the quickest and easiest way to secure a spot in a program. Registration is also accepted in our office and by mail on a first-come first-served basis. SPOTS ARE NOT HELD FOR PROGRAMS UNLESS PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
  • Refunds: There will be a $10 processing fee for all refunds/credits and all requests must be made at least 5 business days prior to the start of the program. (There are no refunds for activities that require a uniform or jersey after it is ordered).
  • Age Requirement: Participants must be the minimum age for the program on the first scheduled day of class.
  • Proof of Age: A document showing date of birth (birth certificate, passport, physical form or other official document) must be provided for each child when registering for their first program with us.
  • Non-Resident Fee: There is a $10 per participant per program surcharge for non-Plymouth residents. (This $10 NR fee is non-refundable unless the Recreation Dept. cancels the program before it starts. If the program runs and is then cancelled the $10 NR is non-refundable. If you withdraw from the program the $10 NR fee is non-refundable and the $10 cancellation fee is still applied)
  • Confirmations: Please keep a record of your registration. Confirmations are emailed as soon as your registration is processed; no further confirmations or reminders are provided.
  • Weather Cancellations: Due to any weather cancellations, programs could be scheduled a make class that extends beyond the original end date. No refunds or credits will be given for make up dates.
