Learn to Fish Workshop

Join us for a 2 hour learn to fish workshop! This program will be led by a Natural Resources Warden! Topics covered will include, fishing safety, fishing etiquette, fishing rules / laws, baiting a hook, casting, types of equipment, types of fish species and more!
*Participants must bring their own fishing rod with a hook and bobber, as well as some kind of bait. If you do not have a rod please let us know and we will try to make arraignments for a loaner rod to be used for the program.
Recommended to bring their own little tackle box that should include extra hooks, bobbers, and a few different kinds of bait (live worms, or lures). Participants should come dressed for the weather, and bring something to drink.
* Please note bathrooms will not be available at this time of year at the Park.
* Limited to 8 participants
COVID GUIDELINES
-Masks will be worn by the instructor
-Sanitizer will be available
-Masks will be worn when the group is together discussing different topics. Once participants are spread out, masks may be lowered when they are fishing.
-COVID waiver must be signed
