Pound is a high energy, drumming and Pilates-inspired workout. It is a mood-boosting, stress-releasing cardio interval fitness format that will leave you feeling strong and energized!

-Under phase 2 guidelines masks will be required if the participants cannot maintain social distance (6 ft apart). This includes check-in, and exiting the building
- Check in will happen at the front of the building, and participants must exit out the back side doors adjacent to the stage.
- Participants should set their yoga mats up to ensure at least 6 ft between them and other participants. Once social distance can be maintained, masks will be allowed to be lowered.
- The instructor will wear a mask if they cannot remain socially distant in class. (walking around, making modifications)

-COVID waiver is required.
